Taking care of your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health when in solation. As humans we are social beings, we crave contact and interaction.
Staying in isolation can have a detrimental effect on your mental health. Worries and fears about the unknown, the future, your health and the health of your loved ones will weigh heavy on everybody.
It is absolutely ok to feel anxious, sad or even angry.
